→ Don’t forget you can stream your track(s) from your account page, and if you want to make some changes to the sound, you can do that by contacting your producer/engineer.

If you, for some reason, want to cancel the collaboration, you can use your 100% money-back guarantee by contacting Mellie Support below.

This does NOT apply to those files that you have already approved, which are therefore available for download on your account page.

After you have approved your files, complaints can ONLY be made in the event of technical errors on the files, and then they will be replaced with new, working ones. No further changes to the sound/audio can be made after you have approved the files.

After you have approved the files, you can no longer use the 100% money-back guarantee. 

Also note that when you use the 100% money-back guarantee, all your files that belong to that booking will be deleted, and you can no longer access them for download.
